One of the most common themes I have experienced over 30 years helping clients is the untapped potential of their workforce. The overwhelming majority of employees I meet and work with have potential to contribute more to their company's success, and welcome opportunities to do so. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping both management and employees recognize ways to better tap into that potential.
